Describe the bug
The menu window opened by clicking on the items in the tray module doesn't appear on the gtk inspector. The documentation doesn't help either in figuring out how to style tray menus. This started being an issue after the rework with libdbusmenu in 0.16.1
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
The window should appear/activate on the inspector

@ApproachingApathy commented on GitHub (May 1, 2025):
These seems to work in my case. But this would affect all menus, which may be a problem in other configurations. The menus don't seem to be in the
.trayelement, so.tray menudoesn't work.@JakeStanger commented on GitHub (May 19, 2025):
This is a weird side-effect of using
libdbusmenu-gtk3for the tray. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do.The GTK4 port will require me to build the tray UI back into Ironbar. With that, it'll re-appear in the inspector as expected.
Going to close for now.
