Describe the bug
This tray is endless misery.

Closing a program with a tray icon no longer removes the tray icon from the bar. Re-opening it causes a duplicate icon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a program with a tray icon
Start Ironbar
Close the program (method doesn't matter)
Observe icon remains

Expected behavior
Icons should be removed as soon as programs are closed.

System information:

Ironbar version: 42e25f5
