Describe the bug
When reloading from niri, the workspaces module clears out and does not re-init correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add workspace module
Run ironbar reload from niri
Observe

Expected behavior
Workspaces should re-appear

System information:

Compositor: Niri
Ironbar version: latest git
