Describe the bug
The new Steam UI update changes the app ID so it doesn't match the executable name, meaning it does not correctly get matched with the favourite and shows as a separate icon.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

The running app should be correctly matched with the favourite.
Additional context
Steam beta, but I think this is rolling out to now so expect this to start affecting people
