Using class names (ie nf-fa-wifi) instead the icons themselves might improve code readability, in particular if the ide doesn't use a nerd font, so every icon is rendered with a rectangle.

A dedicated syntax could be used, like surrounding with colons (":nf-fa-wifi:") or something else.

I think all this stuff represents a considerable amount of work and might be out of scope of this project, sorry for the inconvenience. Feel free to reopen if necessary.

We'd have to work out how to resolve the names, and see how complex that is. There are a few (outdated) crates that do this. If it's feasible to maintain a database of them, I think this would be a good addition.

If #1381 is implemented, this feature could be a filter, so the syntax could be something like { 'nf-md-heart'|icon }.

I think the colon syntax is better as it's a fairly standard icon/emoji syntax. Needing to wrap every single icon in braces, quote it, and then pipe it to some icon function isn't great.
