Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the launcher displays all running applications, regardless of which monitor they're on. I find it more intuitive and useful to have the taskbar display the applications running in the current monitor only.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a isolate_monitors config key to the launcher config, which enables a mode where the launcher only displays the applications in the current monitor.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Grin and bear it or use a different launcher 😁

Additional context
The equivalent configuration is rudimentary on both Windows and KDE.

I've still got to work out how, but this is planned.
