Describe the bug
If a window is focused and an icon cannot be found, a warning is printed to the console. The previous icon still remains visible.

To Reproduce

Configure focused module to include icon.
Focus on application with supported icon.
Focus on application with no supported icon.

Expected behavior
The icon should hide in this scenario.

System information:

Ironbar version: v0.12.1 [git]
